Flyingchip Delivered a Keynote Speech at the 2025 Jiwei Semiconductor Summit (JWSS 2025)

From July 3rd to July 5th, 2025, the Jiwei Semiconductor Summit (JWSS 2025) was successfully held at Zhangjiang Science Hall in Shanghai. Mr. Kevin Shao, CEO of Flyingchip and Vice President of SmartSens, was invited to give a keynote speech at the Edge AI Technology and Application Innovation Forum.

“Driven by artificial intelligence, edge AI technology is rapidly developing and penetrating various applications such as automotive electronics, machine vision, and AIoT, ” Said Mr. Kevin Shao, “Vision combo solution with on-device AI technology features high performance, high real-time performance, data privacy security, bandwidth savings, high adaptability, and cost advantages, thereby enabling high-precision, low-latency image data processing and execution of lightweight AI algorithms on the camera side. This equips smart visual devices with perception capabilities, thus accelerating the mass production and upgrades of various smart devices.”
Starting in 2024, Flyingchip has launched on-device vision processing chips with vision combo solutions for applications including automotive vision and AIoT.
Flyingchip’s M1 Series automotive vision processing chips include M1 Camera ISP, and two Camera SoCs, M1Pro and M1Max, delivering excellent performance in image processing, low power consumption, ultra-small package size, functional safety, information security, etc. The M1 Series chips are compatible with domestically produced automotive-grade CMOS image sensors of various resolutions and specifications, forming multiple vision combo solutions for front view/rear view (FVC/RVC), in-cabin monitoring (DMS/OMS), and CMS/E-Mirror, which meet the needs of performance upgrade for various Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) vision applications.
Flyingchip’s first Camera AI SoC for AIoT application, A1, features excellent image processing performance, fast on-device computation, low power consumption, and small package size. In addition, A1 is compatible with CMOS image sensors of various resolutions and specifications, forming on-device vision combo solutions for smart camera modules of consumer and industrial applications such as smart devices, smart home devices, industrial inspection, and night vision enhancement.
